Studying in The Disney Institute’s Management Training course last week I learned, on the average, a visitor in a Disney theme park will experience 60 “encounters” with Disney’s people during each visit. That means 60 chances for “magic” or “misery” with every guest!
It made me think of the number of “touches” every newcomer receives during a weekend visit at GCC: parking their cars, receiving their bulletins, shaking hands, meeting their children's leaders, buying a CD and riding our shuttles.
At GCC our “touches” offer much more than magic.
