I photographed this big male Bobcat in the wilds of the desert north of Tucson. His wary approach, honed by a hundred thousand generations of predation and instinct, is nearly impossible to detect. Cats are ferocious and deadly. Feline stealth ensures a cat's prey has no idea the cat is near - until escape is virtually impossible.
Odds are, if you ever see a cat in the wild, it is either hunting something else, or it has already been stalking you. If you don't see a cat until it's coming for you, it's already too late.
So be aware.
Don't forget you have a cat-like enemy.
Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. But resist him, firm in your faith... - 1 Peter 5:8-9
Don't let your enemy sneak up on you. A casual attitude about your finances makes you vulnerable. Pay attention. Get a grip.
You don't have to be a victim.
You can keep your enemy at bay.
