Kristin Baker's stunning monologue was just one of the remarkable artistic elements in the first GCC service ever delivered for multi-site congregations. Thousands met at the Granger site and 780 met this morning with Jeff Bell and his core team in Elkhart.
Feedback has been so positive it's difficult to comprehend. Jeff told me the word he heard most often this morning was "awesome!"
You can watch the service we delivered at both sites here.
We had a tremendous launch, and I'm asking every GCC family to attend the Elkhart site at least one Sunday before the end of '08. It's worth a visit, and your encouragement will mean a lot to our Elkhart team.
Our church is united in spirit, battling, as a team with a single aim, for the faith of the gospel..and the best is yet to come.
Philippians 1:27 - But you must always behave in a way that is worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come to you and see for myself or whether I only hear all about you from a distance, I shall find that you are standing firm and united in spirit, battling, as a team with a single aim, for the faith of the gospel.
The services just keep getting better and better. We brought some friends today and they loved it.
