Dale Garwood received a standing ovation tonight when he was awarded the "Jim Miller Award."
Dan Blacketor presented the award to Dale. His sons joined him on stage as he stood beside Jim. Dale is a great leader. He is honored because honor is due!
Romans 13:7 - Pay everyone whatever he ought to have: pay your taxes and import duties gladly, obey those over you, and give honor and respect to all those to whom it is due.
