This is me trying to answer Andy's question about worship leaders.

He asked, "So, do you think worship leaders talk too much?"

Proverbs 18:13  -  He who answers before he hears-- his is the folly and the shame.

This is a bit of personal preference, in my opinion. And in my opinion I would rather a worship leader lead in singing and if any he/she makes comments that they be concise, to the point and directive.
