When you're locked on one target, you can miss another. That's what just happened to me. I was so focused on getting this picture of a Gambel's Quail that I missed the Bobcat that walked right past me.
Aargh!

Romans 8:5 - Focusing on the self is the opposite of focusing on God. Anyone completely absorbed in self ignores God, ends up thinking more about self than God.

Are you lying on the ground again taking pictures? I'm going to get you a nice mat for Christmas so you can be comfy taking all these great shots. I don't know how awesome the bobcat was that passed you by, but this quail is so cool I'm glad you missed the bobcat to get him!

You do know the Bobcat was stalking the Quail. You interrupted his dinner so no photo shoot for you!
