Consistency Counts

 

Jim Collins said, "The signature of mediocrity is chronic inconsistency."

Collins spoke at the Leadership Summit last week. He said real impact comes from consistent and consecutive performance. During his session I thought of the irrigated crops that survived our drought because they were regularly watered.

Whether growing crops, kids, businesses, churches, healthy bodies or strong marriages, I'm persuaded; consistency not only counts, it's necessary.

Luke 18:1  -  Jesus told them a story showing that it was necessary for them to pray consistently and never quit.
