See this little guy?
I have high hopes for him.
Why?
Because. His parents love Jesus, love each other and love him. They love the church and are committed to her. All his siblings are caught in the wake of their parent's love, faith and devotion.
I know his parents. Sheila and I love them, and we're convinced the world is a better place because of their influence on the rest of us.
Today I'm praying for all the Moms and Dads, and all the Grandmas and Grandpas. I'm praying we'll turn our feet in the right direction and walk in The Way of Christ, so every child following in our footsteps will be heading in the right direction too.
Live strong. Our children are depending on us.
Proverbs 22:6 - Point your kids in the right direction— when they're old they won't be lost.
Pastor Mark,
Thanks for the great comments and the great picture! Cray kept wanting to practice his "Church Song" all week and he kept asking, "when do I get to sing on the big stage?". We do love GCC, and so do our kids. Thanks for all that you do for the world, Mark and Sheila! You inspire us to want to make a difference. We will continue to do what Jesus asks of us with your guidance!
God Bless you both,
Karen
