With the big news that my son is engaged to be married, I've gotten all nostalgic.
Yeah.
I know.
Moody me.
I'm all misty-eyed.
So I took some time to look back at family photos. That's when I came across this picture of my girls - Amber on our left, Angela on our right. I took this when we were building memories on our last "pre-wedding-family-trip"...before we added the joy of spouses to the joy of the family.
So here they are, in Myrtle Beach at Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede.
Yeah.
I know.
Everyone wants to go there.
It's the place you can wear cowgirl hats and fit in.
Once we got home the girls were married - within three weeks of each other.
Time flies.
Now Aaron's engaged. His wedding planning has begun.
I gotta get my son a cowboy hat.
Yeah.
I know.
He'll love it.
Proverbs 23:15-16 - My children, if you show good sense, I will be happy, and if you are truthful, I will really be glad.
Those were GREAT times for sure! A lot of good memories as well! Thanks for taking us on that trip!
Love ya Dad
Angela
