Sheila's father celebrates his 84th birthday Sunday.
We got a jump on the festivities and had a party tonight. That's right. We already had cake, candles and all. I'm glad we did. Sheila's father gave me the most precious gift when he entrusted me with his daughter back in June of 1976. That's when he gave Sheila's hand to me in marriage. I owe him a debt I can never repay....but I intend to keep trying.
He is a great man.
