If there was ever justification for my Florida-dwelling son's oft-repeated declaration, "You live in Russia," this is it.
Good grief.
Yesterday was Palm Sunday. It's supposed to be Spring, but what do I see when I look outside the office window? Yup. We've got two inches of snow on the Star Magnolia blossoms.
Anyone south of the Mason Dixon Line ever seen that? Of course not. You live in Shangri la.
It's a good thing God loves the rugged places....
Psalm 68:16 - Why do you look with envy, O rugged mountains, at Mount Zion, where God has chosen to live, where the Lord himself will live forever?
Russia probably has less snow than we do. I envision some Russian kid saying to his father "you live in Indiana". "And this too shall pass."

I have lived below the Mason Dixon line and I believe this is the best place to live. Snow and all.
This is God's country!

If snow above the Mason Dixon line means your in God's Country I guess living north of the 49th means your in Heaven.
