These guys are pretty common and I've seen them before, but until yesterday I've never gotten a good picture of one. This beauty was hunting along the edges of the Wekiwa Springs River when we kayaked past.
It was good to spend the day with Aaron. Several family members are flying in today, so yesterday we spent a few hours on the river with his cousins (Josh and Isaac) and his brothers-in-law (John and Ryan). I'm glad for the time, glad for our moments together, glad for the love we share and glad for the joy I see in Aaron. He's ready to be married.
Today we continue painting at Aaron's house. (It's a project that was abandoned last night at 3:00 AM .... and there is still work to do.) Thanks for praying for us. I want these days to count. We're working together and it is wonderful, simply wonderful.
Ecclesiastes 4:9 - Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively.
God we do pray for this family and their continued blessing as they embark on this new stage of life, being the marriage that will be taking place. Thank you for your thoughts to us through the Beesons. Continue to guide and bless them all.
