This is my brilliant nephew Josh. He's the guy who spent half a dozen years as Director of Operations at Northland (my brother-in-law's church), leading through a season of incredible growth and transition. Afterward he went with his brother Isaac, and helped him organize Summit Church - where he also directed operations and established their framework for ministry success.
Now he is working with his brother Joel, creating Hunter Vision - a LASIK and cataract clinic specializing in vision correction procedures.
Since I'm in Orlando helping out at the Exponential Conference (where Kem and Tim are training church planters) I was able to visit Josh at his new office. He is now CEO of Hunter Vision. I took this picture when he paused during my tour of the new Hunter Vision facility. They'll be open in August.
If you live anywhere south of the Mason Dixon line, and you're having trouble reading this, you probably need the LASIK eye surgery Hunter Vision offers.
Josh directs the operations and his amazing brother Joel does the surgeries. There's a difference.
Mark 8:24 - I see people, but I can’t see them very clearly. They look like trees walking around.
What a great picture of Josh!!

Uhmm! So far a have a perfect vision and if ever,an eye expert must identify the need for specific procedure and be responsible for conducting the procedure safely.
