SMT Strategy Retreat 2011

 

Early each year GCC's Senior Management Team spends a week "away" planning together.  This year's retreat is crucial to the launch of GCC's Vision. The "New Normal" is finally here. 

Tim Stevens, our Executive Pastor, has us "wired" and we're leveraging every tool at our disposal to evaluate past efforts, measure trends and allocate necessary resources for future accomplishments. We're estimating the cost of success.

It's a significant strategy meeting.

We're praying, working hard, eating often and breaking for play from time to time. We're united in passion and purpose, and can't wait to join your implementation of the new Vision everyone at GCC has been working on for the last year.
