Bruce Cole was one of many attending GCC's ReInnovate Conference this week. As the Pastor of Faith Community Church he wrote on Facebook:
"I don't ever overblow or oversell conference experiences. Usually those mountain top experiences degrade a bit when you're back working in the valley. Gotta say—two days with the peeps at Granger Community Church…and I feel as rarin' to go as I've ever felt. Faith Community Church family—you ready for sparks to fly?"
The conference helped hundreds. It's a privilege to encourage church leaders from across America and I've posted a few of the pictures I took during the sessions that inspired so many.
Ecclesiastes 3:4
There is a time to dance.
Psalm 27:6
I will sing and make music to the Lord.
Psalm 33:3
Sing to Him a new song;
Play skillfully on the strings with a loud and joyful sound.
Psalm 150:4
Praise him with drums and dancing.
Psalm 149:3
Praise his name with dancing.
Revelation 19:1
I heard a sound like massed choirs in Heaven singing,
Hallelujah!
The salvation and glory and power are God’s—
his judgments true, his judgments just.
Psalm 96:1-3
Oh, sing to the Lord a new song!
Sing to the Lord, all the earth.
Sing to the Lord, bless His name;
Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.
Declare His glory among the nations,
His wonders among all peoples.
2 Corinthians 10:15
What we’re hoping for is that as your lives grow in faith, you’ll play a part within our expanding work.
1 Corinthians 14:26
So here’s what I want you to do. When you gather for worship, each one of you be prepared with something that will be useful for all: Sing a hymn, teach a lesson, tell a story, lead a prayer, provide an insight.
2 Chronicles 29:11
God has chosen you to take your place before him to serve in conducting and leading worship—this is your life work; make sure you do it and do it well.
1 Timothy 4:12
Teach believers with your life: by word, by demeanor, by love, by faith, by integrity. Stay at your post reading Scripture, giving counsel, teaching.
Thanks for these amazing captures of a memorable 2 days. Not pictured: your clarifying, course-setting opening talk. Thanks for your leadership - and the gift of these memories.
